Authorization for Paid Activities

Students who have to ask the authorization for a paid activity (teaching labs, exercises, tutorship, work done for companies, etc.) must:

1. download the PDF form from the PhD School Website

2. fill in and sign the PDF form

3. access the dedicated Google form available on this website, enter the information and upload the PDF

4. wait for the signed PDF from the director of the PhD program

5. send the signed PDF to the PhD School by email (dottorati@unimib.it)
